1. Apply online for second-hand product quotation

Click the second-hand recycling function, enter the recycling page, and click the second-hand recycling application button.

Enter basic information, click to add a product, upload photos of the product to be recycled and enter the model number, serial number or international barcode. (Please refer to the tips for the location of the serial number/international barcode)

After selecting the recycling method, click Send and a specialist will give you a quote.

※For online recycling, you must send the goods back by yourself, and the shipping fee will be 60 yuan per transaction, which will be added to the quotation.

※If you do not agree with the quotation after online recycling, our company will bear the freight to send back the goods.

2. Personnel reply with preliminary quotation

After you agree with the preliminary quotation, you need to send the goods back by yourself. After receiving the goods, a formal quotation will be provided based on the actual situation and testing conditions.

3. Personnel responds with formal quotation

After you agree to the formal quotation, you need to assist in signing the temporary trade income declaration form for declaration.

4. Cash remittance

After agreeing to the formal quotation and signing back the temporary trade income declaration, the staff will remit the money to the account you provided.
